International law firm, Watson Farley & Williams (WFW), has appointed London-based fit-out contractor BW to deliver the fit-out and refurbishment works to 70,000 sq ft of commercial space across five floors at their London headquarters near Liverpool Street.
The enhanced facility will create a staff restaurant to previously unused atrium space on the lower ground floor and upgrade all finishes, fixtures and staff facilities on the four office floors.
In delivering this project, BW must maintain a fully functional office via a series of partial possessions and temporary relocations with no disruption or impact to the WFW business.
Steve Elliott, chief executive at BW, said: “Due to the complex nature and inter-dependency of each working phase, BW has ensured that the delivery sequence maintains all current operational facilities and minimises staff disruption. From the existing restaurant and catering facilities being open to staff for a longer period than first envisaged by WFW, to ensuring single moves for staff members where at all possible, BW is striving to ensure a potentially disruptive project is delivered with a minimum of fuss.”
