The Plasterboard Sustainability Partnership and its Design Out Waste Group are keen to develop an innovative approach to the delivery of training to stimulate waste reduction.
Working in partnership with the Construction Library, a new Designing out Plasterboard Waste training module has been made available. The short course examines the reasons for plasterboard waste on construction projects, the financial effect of such waste upon installers, projects and clients. It suggests possible design solutions that could be introduced across the supply chain to reduce the current rate of waste and move towards target zero.
