FIS has announced that after two years away its Scottish Awards are back to highlight the amazing work its members complete in Scotland.
Due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the Scottish Awards had to be put on hold. But FIS is delighted that they will return in 2022 and entry in to all categories is now open.
The awards recognise the outstanding work that FIS members undertake in Scotland, and promote and encourage high levels of craftsmanship in our sector. Each entry is visited is by two independent judges which is unique to the FIS Awards schemes and the main focus is on standards of workmanship, ensuring it is all about the quality of installation.
To recognise the importance of apprenticeships, there is also a category for Apprentice of the Year category.

The deadline for entry is 28 February 2022 and FIS has extended the project completion dates to allow projects handed over between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2021 to be entered, to ensure that projects completed during the pandemic are eligible.

The winners will be announced at the FIS Scottish Awards lunch in Edinburgh on 16 September 2022.
