Low impact external monocouche render by Saint-Gobain Weber has been specified by Places for People, one of the UK’s largest property management and development companies, for phase one of a 600 home community at Marlborough Park, Swindon.

Marlborough Park is a prestigious environmentally friendly new neighbourhood which adjoins a golf course and offers views over the Wiltshire countryside.  To date this development has been designed in a contemporary style. The main contractor is Wates.

Network Weber approved applicator E & H Drylining, Melksham, Wiltshire was contracted to apply over 15,000m² of weber.pral M for the first phase of 230 homes.

BBA approved weber.pral M offers the multiple benefits of through-colour One-Coat Technology which is recognised for its contribution to minimising programme works.  By reducing the drying time associated with a traditional two-coat system by as much as 50%, on-site labour and the cost of scaffolding and other site equipment is significantly reduced permitting completion of ground works at an earlier stage.
