20-year-old Kenneth Wilson has brought home a Medallion for Excellence in the plastering and drywall systems category from WorldSkills – the world’s largest international skills competition which took place in Leipzig, Germany, from 2-7 July.
Kenneth, from Belfast, attends Belfast Metropolitan College and works for Wilson Plastering. Medallions for Excellence are awarded to WorldSkills competitors who obtain 500 points, deemed the world class standard in skills. Kenneth was trained by Peter Moore who works at Redland & Cleveland College.
