The last nine months has led to a shift in the working environment, with companies having to adapt the way in which they operate.   Some have taken full advantage of this enforced change and have embraced new ways of working and the technology which makes it possible.  One such company is FIS ceilings supplier OWA (UK), which has moved to new offices and embedded working from home as part of its business model.

In order to improve call handling a new, cloud-based telephone system has been implemented that links the OWA UK team in each remote, mobile or office working location, so all staff are available to answer or transfer calls.  Each staff member has a direct dial number which appears on their e-mail signature.
