Office Principles has opened its first office in the Midlands, following its move into Manchester late last year.
The space on Temple Street in the City Centre is providing a regional base for a mixed team of directors, creative and technical designers, senior commercial surveyors and operations managers who are dedicated to growing the company’s market share in the Midlands and to enabling some of the region’s great organisations.
Providing a halfway hub between Office Principles’ offices in Manchester and London, along with its showcase head office in Reading, the Birmingham office is ideally placed for the team to reach out to many of the businesses managing a portfolio of UK office spaces, as well as those who are keen to move within the City and want to make the most of their new office environment.
Joint managing director of Office Principles, Cyril Parsons explains why Birmingham is key to the company’s strategic plans: “A city with the highest number of employees of any city outside London, Birmingham is riding an economic high, thanks to billions of pounds of investment.
“Now is the right time for us to create a solid base here as we have a team of experts with a great working knowledge of the Midlands and the region’s pattern of commercial growth. Taking time to get to know an area is key and our team has a vast amount of shared experience in Birmingham and its surrounds. We’re confident that, with this team in place, we can build strong relationships and create some outstanding working spaces.”
Office Principles is expert at creating agile workspaces and has built a strong and varied commercial portfolio over the years to include blue-chip brands such as Exterion Media, Telegraph Media Group, Visa Europe, GE Capital, Fitness First, Tata Communications, ResMed, Direct Marketing Association, Land Securities, Mothercare, and Kuoni.
