Cardiff-based commercial interiors company Paramount Interiors has made two senior appointments during the coronavirus pandemic.

Gareth Davies returns as senior interior designer, having previously started his career with Paramount Interiors seven years ago. A newly created role has also been appointed, having brought in Hayley Francis as marketing manager to the company.

Davies has spent three years previously at architectural practice Rio Architects where he spearheaded several multi-sector schemes, including the relocation for Care for the Family and Geldards move to 4 Capital Quarter.

With more than five years’ experience within South Wales’ office design and fit out sector, Francis will head up the company’s marketing activities and drive Paramount Interiors growth aspirations.

The recruitment comes on the back of ongoing success for the company, having previously won multimillion-pound projects in central Cardiff including the refurbishment of Hodge House and Fusion Point One.

Richard Jones, managing director at Paramount Interiors, said: “Without doubt this has been a very challenging six months for our business. Having won a number of lucrative contracts prior to Covid-19 has meant that we have been able to bolster our offering and a major component of this is ensuring we have top-tier talent that continues to deliver the difference within our market.”
