Bristol-based plasterboard manufacturer Siniat was shortlisted in the 2015 Customer Experience Awards, which were announced on 25 September at the Park Plaza Hotel in London.
The biggest and the most prestigious Customer Experience Awards programme in the UK celebrates businesses in a wide range of sectors and carries out the judging using a live process.
Siniat’s new approach to customer service has helped to deliver above average growth in recent years as the customer services team now supports customer project teams that ‘design in’ Siniat products by providing support on product use and installation.
Neil Ash, managing director at Siniat, said: “I think our customer service team does an incredible job. Our customer service manager, Nicola Lancaster, has changed the way we do things, making sure all of our advisors are trained to offer really insightful advice to our increasingly savvy customers. It’s so well deserved that they’ve been shortlisted for this award.”
