Chesham-based Window Film Company has won the “Excellence in Customer Service” category at the annual Bucks Business Awards.
The Window Film Company supplies and installs window film as well as printing and fitting of full colour graphics and other decorative solutions. The company serves a diverse range of customers ranging from homeowners to multinational businesses and it was the way in which the company delivered consistently high standards of customer service for each of the differing customers that caught the judging panel’s eyes.
Micky Calcott, Window Film Company’s managing director, said: “It’s our job to make sure that each customer gets the same level of service and attention, whether it is a residential customer looking for solar control in their conservatory or a world famous brand wanting graphics applied to an entire building.
