It is with great sadness that we have to advise of the death of our much loved and admired friend and colleague Huw Mugridge on the morning of Sunday 10 July 2022.
Many of you, within the industry, will have known that Huw had been ill for a few months whilst battling pancreatic cancer but finally lost the battle and passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving and supportive wife Clair.
Our thoughts, prayers and support are with his wife Clair and their three sons Harrison, Lucas and Ewan.
Huw was a well-known and very much respected within the industry having worked for a number of companies such as SIG Interiors, CCF and most recently joined the team at Paramount in the summer of 2019. Upon joining Paramount, he was an instantly likeable character who was always willing to go ‘above & beyond’ what was expected and assist his colleagues at every opportunity. Huw was instrumental in securing and delivering a number of schemes during his time at Paramount but his finest hour has to be the effort and commitment shown to deliver the recently completed Par59 mini-golf bar in Cardiff for none other than Wales football legend Gareth Bale.
Richard Jones, Managing Director of Paramount Interiors and friend of Huw’s said: “Huw – you were an absolute pleasure to work with and someone I can truly call a “great friend” and the office just isn’t the same without your unique laugh and sense of humour and we all miss you greatly.
